Building something of your own is so much fun.
And I am having fun, for now.
Building something of your own is so much fun. You have a plan, things work, and it feels great, with that tiny, proud smile on your face.
But then someone asks, “What’s the point? Aren’t others already doing this? Will you get 1000 users for this?”
And doubt creeps in.
The truth is, everyone’s path is different. Some want big startups, some want one solid product, and others, like me, want to build small tools.
I’m building an AI SaaS right now. It’s not a new idea, but I’m trying to address users’ complaints about similar tools.
I’m okay if it starts with just a few users; it’s only the beginning, you know.
The bottom line is, it’s totally fine to build something that already exists, especially if that product is already in the market.
Just focus on making it better. And it’s okay if it won’t have a large set of users; you built it and brought it in front of people, and that’s a huge step, I think.
