Finding Peace in Code: My Journey from Anxiety to Purpose.

2020 hit many of us hard, and I was no exception.

After leaving my job as a ServiceNow portal developer, I found myself drifting into a sea of anxiousness and uncertainties.

The world was changing rapidly, and my anxiety levels were reaching new heights. But sometimes, the most challenging moments in life lead us to unexpected turns.

For me, that turn was “coding”.

During my previous roles working with CMS platforms like Joomla, WordPress, and ServiceNow Portals this lingering inner voice was always there “But I want to code 😔

Sure, I was building websites and portals, but I yearned to create applications from scratch, to understand how the languages build such cool applications, and to bring more ideas to life.

Then came unemployment — a period that could have consumed me with worry.

Instead, it became my opportunity for transformation. I started seriously with the basics: Vanilla JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.

I already had basic knowledge of them and I had used it in my prior companies either for code modification or for building something basic.

There was something profoundly therapeutic about building things from scratch. Each line of code…
